Equipped with four-channel line-following sensors, it can achieve high-difficulty line following such as right-angle turns, intersection sections, and sharp turns. It can also recognize crossroads and T-intersections.
*Four-Channel High-Precision Infrared Tracking Probe
It adopts high-precision miniature infrared probes, which are characterized by fast response time, high resolution, and high sensitivity. The hardware of the miniature infrared probe, such as the infrared emission tube, is wrapped in a high-quality plastic casing, which improves its anti-interference ability and detection stability.
*Knob-type Distance Adjustment
Traditional tracking sensor modules often face the problem that they need to be adjusted with a screwdriver, which is somewhat awkward to operate, or the adjustment is very non-linear. Even slight adjustments can result in significant changes in distance, which cannot meet the precision requirements and is time-consuming and labor-intensive. However, in the four-channel infrared line-following module we designed, the above problems have been improved and solved.
