Linear CCD Camera Module with Balance Car Dedicated Bracket
The TSL1401 linear sensor contains 128 photo – diodes arranged in a line. Each photo – diode has its own integration circuit, which consists of a related charge amplifier circuit and an internal pixel data hold function. The internal pixel data hold function can provide the start and stop times for the integration of all pixels simultaneously. This array is composed of 128 pixels. The grayscale value of the image collected by each pixel is proportional to the light intensity it senses and the integration time. The internal control logic of the module is simple. It only requires a serial input (SI) signal and a clock signal (CLK). Through the A/D analog signal output, the obtained voltage value is the relative light intensity value. It can achieve a collection frequency of over 50Hz within 1 second (collecting the light intensities of 128 points at a time), easily handling common scenarios such as line – following and obstacle avoidance for intelligent vehicles.
128 – pixel CCD Full Acquisition
The CCD sensor module consists of 128 linearly – arranged photodiodes. Each time, it can acquire the light intensity values of 128 channels. The 128 light intensity value data acquired can, according to a dynamic threshold, minimize the interference of ambient light intensity as much as possible. After binarizing the data, the position of the black line can be identified and displayed on the OLED display screen, easily realizing the line – following function of the small vehicle.
